Lies

What Lies do we live for??

- Just a little wont hurt.
- I can stop anytime.
- Why wouldnt God want me to do it, if it makes me happy?

Some of us live, hording our money greedy for ourselves never being happy with what we have. We tell ourselves if only I had _,_,_ i'd be happy.. then if we do get that or more money it doesn't actually make us any happier. We can constantly true and put our try, our efforts, our time an money into earthly things, but it will never satisfy. The flesh loves to believe lies especially materalistic lies. I dont know about you, but for me what would make me happy? A pair of new Sperry's or spending my money impacting the poor, or the less fortunate. Yes, I have ALWAYS wanted to travel soooooo badly, but honestly if someone gave me $2,000 for plane ticket I would take it and go to Africa,or some country that I could SEE God's work and NEED for me, and see a glimpse of what LIFE is actually about.


Mark the pastor at Mission Community Church.. preached out of John 14 tonight, and talked about what the Holy Spirit is and what it can do for our life and why we need it! We need to listen to the Holy Spirit , the HolySpirit is what guides us, and comforts you.

"Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them."

I do not know what I wil do after I graduate, or what I am doing right now. But i think I realize every job fair I go to just seems.. silly in a way to me. When I hear what the job entities.. I just realize I want a job with a greater purpose. I want a job that is living Gods word out everyday. I met with Mary today and she told me how after she finises her masters she wants to get an internship with World Vision.. Thats something I want to do. 
I AM NOT saying regular businesss jobs are bad because those are so important that is a witnessing place All the TIME!! But i just need to be doing something MORE with my time. It is not always about our happiness, But to just  LOVE God and want him to use us. I know I have a dying yearn for it in my heart!

THANK GOODNESS ITS ALMOST THE WEEKEND! This week has been crazzzzy! So much school work! Yikes!!

Whats been happening this week? besides NOT SLEEPING!??? lets see....

I took a study break after the sun started rising because I had this good feeling Im going to want to go outside and watch it rise... :) beautiful. GOD GOD GOD I kept thinking... is so majestic!

Gave himself A mustache..! I dont get to see him all that much during the week.. He works full time and goes to school 10 hours a week! So proud of his hard work :).. but when I do we just laugh and ease each others worries! LOVE! :)

Sleepless weekend

ohhhhhhh my ! I havent felt this exhausted in.... probably since my NIU sleeping life...!! Puppies are insane... I cant even say how I will be waiting a WHILE before having a CHILD or a puppy!! Every hours the puppy woke me up.. for 4 nights in a row! THen it was just a peeing pooping machine.. oh and it doesnt go to the bathroom outside.. thats right it WONT go outside.. SUPER frustrating!!! Also.. doing homework this sleep deprived doesnt exactly workout!! okay done complaining! Erika the girl I watched was super cool.. alot of energy but we got along well :)! But I am glad to be back in my own house and to sleep in my own bed.. for at least 6 whole hours tonight!!!

Erika and I went to Bahama Bucks Thursday night.. and she got birthday cake.. I didnt even know this flavor existed.. look how pretty it is!

My run on Friday morning ! She lives in a pretty area.. right next to where Mark's parents live!

Erika slept at a friends Saturday so we went to a D-backs game! Mike(his bro) had free tickets.. super expensive tickets we got for free! We only stayed for 3-innings I was falling asleep and really wanted to go home and make popcorn :) Mark went mtn biking early that morning so he was down! Baseball isnt exactly his fav sport.. asking him to leave a football or basketball game early would have been a DIFFERENT story! ha but I love him!.. It was my first professional baseball game!

We went to Bahama Bucks again on Sunday:)

Thursday&Thankful

Today is Thursday...! I start watching Erika( A 13 year old girl ) and their puppy (toby) a 10 week old cocker spaniel.. and their 5 year old Maltese (Angel) tonight! I am staying at their house till Monday! Pictures of the puppy to come.. he's adorable! Though he does bite and pee.. ALOT!

This is the first time Mark and I went FBO(facebook official)..!! He asked me to be his girlfriend October 28th, 2008.. but it took me a little while to be okay with the whole FBO idea...! Anways I am BEYOND blessed to have had him persue me all these years.. I cant imagine life without him.. nor do I want to live a life without him! He's such a great guy that I get to be dating.. So much has happened in each others lives these past 4 years but I'm so glad we got to be there for eac hother through it all!

Lil and I enjoying the awesome weather at 6A.M yesterday! I had alot of homework.. so I was awake early!

Last night, enjoying a smoothie by the pool! We had wonderful weather yesterday! EVERYONE was talking about it.. but unfortunately it didn't last long.. gone today! But thankful for at least having it for a day!

Newfound Places

So Mark and I were not able to go up North this weekend unfortunatley :(!! Hes looking into selling his car for something cheaper...so didnt want to put all those miles on it.. and  and he was sick! Sunday night we DID go to a little park we discovered that had a nice little creek running through it and some looks of "up north" !

3rd Week & Green!

The third week of school is almost over!!! WOOTWOOT!!
Highlights: I got a job at kids club well a couple weeks ago.. !
Bubba and I are heading up to Flagstaff this weekend I CANT WAIT!
While the nights are finally starting to become pleasant day time is still quite horrid! Two things I often dream about: Finishing ASU & WINTER!

Chicago Botanic Gardens is so incredibly beautiful! Its a 10 mile bike from my grandmas, we only had 20minutes to walk around, because Bubba had his flight to catch, but I so badly want to go back!!--- it would be an amazing proposal place my Illinois friends ;)!
